ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
ACIPC 2012 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW OPEN
The organising committee for the Australasian College for Infection Prevention and Control Conference 2012 would like to invite you to submit an abstract.
To assist you in writing your abstract and ensuring it is to the required standard please refer to the
‘Abstract Submission Guidelines’ and the
‘How to write an Abstract’ documents which are available for download below. Please note if an abstract is submitted and it does not follow the guidelines the abstract will be rejected and a request for resubmission will be sent.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission form which you can access
here.
If you are a new user please click the 'CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT LINK' at the bottom of the login page.
If you have previously created an account, but have forgotten your user ID and / or password, please select the link 'FORGOT PASSWORD' located on the bottom of the login page.
Applicants should complete all required fields on the online submission form and then upload the abstract as a WORD document. You can exit at any time and log back in to edit your submission prior to the deadline of 31 May 2012. Please carefully review the abstract prior to its submission and ensure the guidelines have been followed.
Please do not enter multiple submissions of the same abstract with minor changes.
Step-by-step instructions are incorporated into the online abstract submission form; however, if you require assistance, or have any questions or concerns about the abstract program or submission process, please contact the conference organisers at

CORRESPONDENCE
Upon submission of your abstract via the online form, you will receive an acknowledgement within approximately 5 working days at the e-mail address you provided. Please retain this information for your records and as verification of receipt. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within the 5 working days after submission please contact the conference organisers at
info@acipcconference.com.au.
Abstract outcome will be e-mailed to the submitter of the abstract after 25 June 2012. It is the responsibility of the primary author to inform co-authors about an abstract's status.
